Power Play Workshops:

We can help identify the needs, pain areas and prioritize and how an upgrade, a specific tool or a platform can assist in your mission-critical BI and Data needs with our 1 to 2 Days Workshop. The workshop is specifically designed to help understand the preparation required before a major upgrade, high level steps and timelines, how you can leverage existing assets benefit from architecture refinements or a solution, identify right set of tools, industry best practices and how best to implement a new tool or an upgrade in your business environment.

Environment/Architecture Assessments & Road Map Services:

2 to 5 week duration depending on the scope of the engagement that broadly is executed in 3 phases i.e. environment discovery phase, analysis of findings and problems statement phase  and finally the recommendations phase.  Our team comprises of top notch Solution Architects and Lead techno-functional Consultants with years of industry and platform experience engages with the key stake holders all through out the  engagement.  At the end of the 3 phases, the findings will be discussed and presented along with the recommendations.  The purpose of these assessments is one or a combination of (1) Performance tune the systems for better utilization of system resources,  redesign under performing data models and reports, archiving strategy (2) Prepare the systems with refined data models and architecture design making it compatible for major upgrades (3) New Platform or tool selection selection, adoption and change management (4) Road map and recommendations for BI, Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Data Strategy (5) Setting up Global BI and Data CoE organizations with governance and best practices
